Join Millie every Wednesday evening for a 45 minute Pilates class suitable for all abilities. Millie offers both modifications and progressions so that the class helps you to improve over time, but also is suitable for everyone. This class is in the style of our Flow Pilates classes - expect to seamlessly transition from one movement to the other, creating a sense of challenge & calm.

Ad-hoc basis
Join Millie for a more intimate Pilates class with small class sizes in the studio where our photos are taken! This studio instantly makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. An opportunity to relax your nervous system & move your body in beautiful surroundings.
